An Ordinance to provide for the establishment of Balochistan Clinical Laboratories Authority in the Province of Balochistan [Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 3rd November, 2001] No.Legis.2‑92/Law/98, dated 3‑11‑2001.‑‑The following Ordinance made by the Governor of Balochistan on 27th October, 2001, is hereby published for general information:‑‑ 17. Power to make rules.‑‑‑The Authority may, with the approval of the Government and by publication in the official Gazette, make rules to carry out the purposes of this Ordinance.
