ORDINANCE XLVI OF 2001 BALOCHISTAN COASTAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY (SECOND AMENDMENT) ORDINANCE, 2001 ORDINANCE XLVI OF 2001 An Ordinance further to amend the Balochistan Coastal Development Authority Act, 1998 [Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 6th November, 2001] No.Legis.2‑84/Law/95, dated 6‑11‑2001.‑‑--The following Ordinance made by the Governor of Balochistan on 27th October, 2001, is hereby published for general information:‑‑ 3. Amendment of section 6 of Act I of 1998.‑‑‑In the said Act, in section 6, for the words "Managing Director" wherever occurring the words "Director General" shall be substituted.
