Amendment of section 2 of Ordinance XX of 1980.‑‑‑In the Balochistan Canal and Drainage Ordinance, 1980, hereinafter referred to as the said Ordinance, in subsection (2) of section 2,‑‑ (a) in clause (6), for the inverted C6fllndg and words `'Commissioner" means "a Commissioner of a Division" the inverted comma and words " "District Coordination Officer" means the District Coordination Officer of a District," shall be substituted. (b) in clause (7), for the words "Head Revenue officer of a district, and includes a Deputy Commissioner" the words and bracket "Executive District Officer (Revenue) of a District" shall be substituted.
