Amendment of section 3 of Act IX of 1978.‑‑‑In the Balochistan Ground Water Rights Administration Ordinance, 1978, hereinafter referred to as the said Ordinance, in clause (a) of subsection (1) of section 3, the word "Commissioner" shall be deleted.
