ORDINANCE XLVIII OF 2001 ORDINANCE XLVIII OF 2001 BALOCHISTAN GROUND WATER RIGHTS ADMINISTRATION (AMENDMENT) ORDINANCE, 2001 An Ordinance further to amend the Balochistan Ground Water Rights Administration Ordinance, 1978 [Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 7th November, 2001] No.Legis.l‑54/Law/80, dated 7‑11‑2001.‑‑The following Ordinance made by the Governor of Balochistan on 3rd November, 2001 , is hereby published for general information:‑‑ 3. Amendment of section 4 of Act IX of 1978.‑‑‑In the said Ordinance, in section 4,‑‑ . (a) in clause (a) for the words "Deputy Commissioner" and "Extra Assistant Director Agriculture" the words "Executive District Officer (Revenue)" shall be substituted. (b) in clause (o); for the words "Commissioner of the Division" the words "District Coordination Officer of the District" shall be substituted. (c) in clause (p), for the word "Commissioner" the words "District Coordination Officer" shall be substituted.
