[Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 28th November, 2001] No.Legis.1‑116/Law/99, dated 28‑11‑2001.---The following Ordinance made by the Governor of Balochistan on 23rd October, 2001, is hereby published for general information:‑‑ 19. Licensees or their employees not exercise powers exercisable by a certain Government functionaries. ‑‑‑Nothing in this Ordinance shall be construed as conferring on a licensee or his employees any of the powers which by any law are conferred upon or exercisable by a police officer or officers of customs, immigration, prisons, or any other public officer.
