Amendment of section 2 of Ordinance V of 1979.-----In the Balochistan Foodstuffs Whole Sale and Retail Dealers (Cancellation of Authorizations) Ordinance, 1979, in section 2: --- (a) in subsection (1) for the words Commissioner and District Magistrate the words District Coordination Officer and Assistant Director Food shall be substituted. (b) In the Explanation of subsection (2) for the word Commissioner the words District Coordination Officer shall be substituted.
