ORDINANCE, LVI OF 2001 ORDINANCE, LVI OF 2001 BALOCHISTAN CONTROL ON POSSESSION AND CONSUMPTION OF DRUGS (AMENDMENT) ORDINANCE, 2001 An Ordinance further to amend the Balochistan Control on Possession and Consumption of Drugs Act, 1973 [Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 1st January, 2002] No.Legis.2‑42/Law/79‑IV, dated 1‑1‑2002.‑‑-The following Ordinance made by the Governor of Balochistan on 21st December, 2001, is hereby published for general information: 2. Amendment of section 12 of Act V of 1973.‑‑‑In the Balochistan Control on Possession and Consumption of Drugs Act, 1973, in section 12, for the words "Director Health Services, District Health Officers" the words "Executive District Officer Health" shall be substituted.
