ORDINANCE II OF 2002 ORDINANCE II OF 2002 BALOCHISTAN PUBLIC SAFETY (AMENDMENT) ORDINANCE, 2002 An Ordinance further to amend the Balochistan Public Safety Regulation, 1947 [Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary 23rd January, 2002] No.Legis.2‑42/Law/79‑V, dated 23‑1‑2002.---The following Ordinance made by the Governor of Balochistan on 19th January, 2002, is hereby published for general information:‑‑ Preamble:‑‑-Whereas, it is expedient further to amend the Balochistan Public Safety Regulation, 1947, in the manner hereinafter appearing: And whereas, the Governor of Balochistan is satisfied that circumstances exist which render it necessary to take immediate action; Now, therefore, in pursuance of Article 4 of the Provisional Constitution (Amendment) Order, 1999 (Chief Executive's Order No.9 of 1999), and in exercise of all power enabling him in that behalf, the Governor of Balochistan is pleased to make and promulgate the following Ordinance:‑‑
