Amendment of section 33 of Regulation 1 of 1947.‑‑‑ In the said Regulation, in section 33. (a) In subsection (1), for the words "District Magistrate" the words "Provincial Government" shall be substituted. (b) In subsection (2), for the words "District Magistrate" the words "Provincial Government" shall be substituted. (c) In subsection (4), for the words "District Magistrate" the words "Provincial Government" shall be substituted. (d) in clause (2) of subsection (5), for the words "District Magistrate" the words "Provincial Government" shall be substituted.
