[25th August, 1934] An Act to supplement the Assam Criminal Law Amendment Act, 1934 WHEREAS it is expedient to supplement the Assam Criminal Law Amendment Act, 1934 ; It is hereby enacted as follows Assam III of 1934 :‑ 4. Retrospective effect of sections 2 and 3. Section 2 and section 3 shall have effect from the com mencement of the Assam Criminal Law Amendment Act, 1934 Assam III of 1934.
