BANK OF KHYBER ACT, 1991 BANK OF KHYBER ACT, 1991 [ACT No. XIV of 1991] [Gazette of N.‑W.F.P. Extraordinary, 20th, June, 1991] An Act to establish the Bank of Khyber in the North‑West Frontier Province 10. Board. The general superintendence and direction of the affairs and business of the Bank shall be entrusted to a Board which may exercise all powers and do all such acts and things as maybe exercised or done by the Bank and are not by this Act expressly directed or required to be done by the Bank in annual general meeting.
