BANK OF KHYBER ACT, 1991 BANK OF KHYBER ACT, 1991 [ACT No. XIV of 1991] [Gazette of N.‑W.F.P. Extraordinary, 20th, June, 1991] An Act to establish the Bank of Khyber in the North‑West Frontier Province 17. General and Special Meetings. (1) In the first week of March every year, or as soon thereafter as is convenient to the Board, a general meeting shall be held annually at the Head Office. The shareholders present at the meeting shall be entitled to discuss the annual accounts, the report of the Board on the working of the Bank during the preceding year. During the same meeting, the auditor's report on the annual balance sheet and accounts of the corresponding period may [Subs. for "also be seen and discussed', by N.‑W.F.P. Act, 9 or 1996, S. 8.][be discussed and approved] by the shareholders. (2) Special meetings shall be convened and held in such manner and at such time and place as may be prescribed.
