BANK OF KHYBER ACT, 1991 BANK OF KHYBER ACT, 1991 [ACT No. XIV of 1991] [Gazette of N.‑W.F.P. Extraordinary, 20th, June, 1991] An Act to establish the Bank of Khyber in the North‑West Frontier Province 26. No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against the Chairman, Managing Director or any other official of the Bank or Government for anything which is done in good faith or is intended to be done under this Act or byelaws framed under it.
