THE APPROPRIATION (SUPPLEMENTARY) ORDINANCE, 1959 THE APPROPRIATION (SUPPLEMENTARY) ORDINANCE, 1959 ORDINANCE No. XXXV OF 1959 [30th June, 1959] An Ordinance to authorize payment and appropriation of certain sums from and out of the Federal Consolidated Fund for the service of the period beginning on the first day of April, 1958, and ending on the thirtieth day of June, 1959. WHEREAS it is expedient to authorize payment and appro priation of certain sums from and out of the Federal Consoli dated Fund for the service of the period beginning on the first day of April, 1958, and ending on the thirtieth day of June, 1959; Now, THEREFORE, in pursuance of the Proclamation of the seventh day of October, 1958, and in exercise of all powers enabling him in that behalf, the President is pleased to make and promulgate the following Ordinance:-
