ORDINANCE III OF 2003 ORDINANCE III OF 2003 BALOCHISTAN PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISISON (AMENDMENT) ORDINACNE, 2003 An Ordinance further to amend the Balochistan Public Service Commission Act, 1989 [Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 4th November, 2003] No. Legis: 1-21/Law/73-II, dated 4-11-2003.--The following Ordinance made, by the Governor of Balochistan on 17th October, 2003, is hereby published for general information:-- Preamble.---Whereas it is expedient further to amend the Balochistan Public Service Commission Act, 1989, in the manner hereinafter appearing; And whereas the Governor of Balochistan is satisfied that circumstances exist which render it necessary to take immediate action; Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by Article 128 of the Constitution of Islamic Republic of Pakistan, 1973, the Governor of Balochistan is pleased to make and promulgate the following Ordinance:--
