Amendment of section 3 of Act II of 1989.---In the Balochistan Public Service Commission Act, 1989, hereinafter referred to as the said Act, in section 3:-- (a) In subsection (3), for the word "Government" the word "Governor" shall be substituted. (b) After subsection (3), the following proviso shall be added:-- "Provided that no person below the age of 55 years shall be appointed as Chairman or a Member of the Commission. "
