ACT I OF 2003 ACT I OF 2003 BALOCHISTAN CHIEF MINISTER AND PROVINCIAL MINISTERS (SALARIES, ALLOWANCES AND PRIVILEGES) (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2003 An Act further to amend the Balochistan Chief Minister and Provincial Ministers (Salaries, Allowances and Privileges) Act, 1975 [Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 26th February, 2003] No. PAB/Legis: V(1)2003, dated 26-2-2003.--The Balochistan Chief Minister and Provincial Ministers (Salaries, Allowances and Privileges) (Amendment) Bill, 2003 having been passed by the Provincial Assembly of Balochistan on 25th February, 2003 and assented to by the Governor of Balochistan, is hereby published as an Act of the Provincial Assembly:-- It is hereby enacted as follows:-- 8. Substitution of section 8-A of Act III of 1975.-In the said Act, for section 8-A, the following shall be substituted, namely:-- "8-A. Hiring Ceiling.-If the Chief Minister chooses to reside in his own house he shall be paid a monthly rent of thirty thousand rupees. Where official accommodation is not' available, and a Minister shall be provided rented residence up to a maximum ceiling of twenty five thousand rupees per month. If a Minister chooses to reside in. his own house, he shall be paid a monthly rent of fifteen thousand rupees per month.
