ACT I OF 2003 ACT I OF 2003 BALOCHISTAN CHIEF MINISTER AND PROVINCIAL MINISTERS (SALARIES, ALLOWANCES AND PRIVILEGES) (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2003 An Act further to amend the Balochistan Chief Minister and Provincial Ministers (Salaries, Allowances and Privileges) Act, 1975 [Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 26th February, 2003] No. PAB/Legis: V(1)2003, dated 26-2-2003.--The Balochistan Chief Minister and Provincial Ministers (Salaries, Allowances and Privileges) (Amendment) Bill, 2003 having been passed by the Provincial Assembly of Balochistan on 25th February, 2003 and assented to by the Governor of Balochistan, is hereby published as an Act of the Provincial Assembly:-- It is hereby enacted as follows:-- 12. Amendment of section 18A of Act III of 1975.---In the said Act, in section 18-A, for the words "rupees fifty thousand" the word "rupees three lacs" shall be substituted.
