ACT III OF 2003 ACT III OF 2003 BALOCHISTAN MEMBERS (SALARIES AND ALLOWANCES) (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2003 An Act further to amend the Balochistan Assembly Members (Salaries and Allowances) Act, 1975 [Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary 26th February, 2003] No.PAB/Legis.V(3)/2003, dated 26-2-2003.--The Balochistan Assembly Members (Salaries and Allowances) (Amendment) Bill, 2003 having been passed by the Provincial Assembly of Balochistan on 25th February, 2003 and assented to by the Governor of Balochistan, is hereby published as an Act of the Provincial Assembly:-- It is hereby enacted as follows:-- 11. Insertion of new section 10 in Act II of 1975.-- Official Transport for Chairman of Committee. A Member who holds the office of a Chairman of a Committee of Assembly, other than that of a Select Committee or a Special Committee shall be entitled to the use of not more than one official car regardless of his entitlement to have an official car in any other capacity and where he avails himself of this facility, he shall not be entitled to receive the conveyance allowance: Provided that: (i) only one car shall be provided to a chairman of a (***) Committee during the whole term of his office; (ii) A Chairman of a (***) Committee shall be allowed "five thousand rupees" per month as POL charges.
