ACT I OF 2004 ACT I OF 2004 BALOCHISTAN CHIEF MINISTER AND PROVINCIAL MINISTERS (SALARIES, ALLOWANCES AND PRIVILEGES) (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2004 An Act, further to amend the Balochistan Chief Minister and Provincial Ministers (Salaries, Allowances and Privileges) Act, 1975 [Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 20th February, 2003] No. PAB/Legis: V(12)/2004, dated 20-2-2004.--The Balochistan Chief Minister and Provincial Ministers (Salaries, Allowances and Privileges) (Amendment) Bill, 2004 having been passed by the Provincial Assembly of Balochistan on 19th January, 2004 and assented to by the Governor of Balochistan, is hereby published as an Act of the Provincial Assembly. Preamble.---Whereas it is expedient further to amend the Balochistan Chief Minister and Provincial Ministers (Salaries, Allowances and Privileges) Act, 1975, in the manner hereinafter appearing.
