ACT I OF 2004 ACT I OF 2004 BALOCHISTAN CHIEF MINISTER AND PROVINCIAL MINISTERS (SALARIES, ALLOWANCES AND PRIVILEGES) (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2004 An Act, further to amend the Balochistan Chief Minister and Provincial Ministers (Salaries, Allowances and Privileges) Act, 1975 [Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 20th February, 2003] No. PAB/Legis: V(12)/2004, dated 20-2-2004.--The Balochistan Chief Minister and Provincial Ministers (Salaries, Allowances and Privileges) (Amendment) Bill, 2004 having been passed by the Provincial Assembly of Balochistan on 19th January, 2004 and assented to by the Governor of Balochistan, is hereby published as an Act of the Provincial Assembly. It is hereby enacted as follows:- 1. Short title and commencement.--- (1) This Bill may be called the Balochistan Chief Minister and Provincial Ministers (Salaries, Allowances and Privileges (Amendment) Act, 2004. (2) It shall come into force at once and shall be deemed to have taken effect on the first day of January, 2003.
