ACT I OF 2004 ACT I OF 2004 BALOCHISTAN CHIEF MINISTER AND PROVINCIAL MINISTERS (SALARIES, ALLOWANCES AND PRIVILEGES) (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2004 An Act, further to amend the Balochistan Chief Minister and Provincial Ministers (Salaries, Allowances and Privileges) Act, 1975 [Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 20th February, 2003] No. PAB/Legis: V(12)/2004, dated 20-2-2004.--The Balochistan Chief Minister and Provincial Ministers (Salaries, Allowances and Privileges) (Amendment) Bill, 2004 having been passed by the Provincial Assembly of Balochistan on 19th January, 2004 and assented to by the Governor of Balochistan, is hereby published as an Act of the Provincial Assembly. It is hereby enacted as follows:- 2. Amendment of section 7-A of Act III of 1975.---In the Balochistan Chief Minister and Provincial Ministers (Salaries, Allowances and Privileges) Act, 1975, in section 7-A, for the words "up to a maximum ceiling of ten thousand rupees" the Words "a fixed amount of ten thousand rupees with the monthly salary" shall be substituted.
