ACT IV OF 2004 ACT IV OF 2004 BALOCHISTAN PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISISON (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2004 An Act, further to amend the Balochistan Public Service Commission Act, 1989 [Gazette of Balochistan Extraordinary, 13th May, 2004] No. PAB/Legis: V(15)/2004, dated 13-5-2004.---The Balochistan Public Service Commission (Amendment) Bill, 2004 having been passed by the Provincial Assembly of Balochistan on 7th May, 2004 and assented to by the Governor of Balochistan, is hereby published as an Act of the Provincial Assembly. It is hereby enacted as follows: 1. Short title and commencement. ---(1) This Act may be called the Balochistan Public Service Commission (Amendment) Act, 2004. (2) It shall come into force at once.
