ACT IV OF 2004 ACT IV OF 2004 BALOCHISTAN PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISISON (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2004 An Act, further to amend the Balochistan Public Service Commission Act, 1989 [Gazette of Balochistan Extraordinary, 13th May, 2004] No. PAB/Legis: V(15)/2004, dated 13-5-2004.---The Balochistan Public Service Commission (Amendment) Bill, 2004 having been passed by the Provincial Assembly of Balochistan on 7th May, 2004 and assented to by the Governor of Balochistan, is hereby published as an Act of the Provincial Assembly. It is hereby enacted as follows: 2. Amendment of Section 3 of Act II of 1989.---In the Balochistan Public Service Commission Act, 1989 hereinafter referred to as the said Act, in section 3:- (a) In sub section (3) for the word "Government" the words "Governor, in consultation with the Chief Minister" shall be substituted. (b) After subsection (3), the following proviso, shall be added:- "Provided that no person below the age of 55 years shall be, appointed as Chairman or Member of the Commission".
