ACT V OF 2004 ACT V OF 2004 BALOCHISTAN EDUCATION FOUNDATION (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2004 An Act, to amend the Balochistan Education Foundation Act, 1994 [Gazette of Balochistan Extraordinary, 13th May, 2004] No.PAB/Regis: V(16)/2004, dated 13-5-2004.--The Balochistan Education Foundation (Amendment) Bill, 2004 having been passed by the Provincial Assembly of Balochistan on 7th May, 2004 and assented to by the Governor of Balochistan, is hereby published as an Act of the Provincial Assembly. It is hereby enacted as follows: 4. Amendment of section 5 of Act VII of 1994.--- In the said Act, in section 5 (a) for subsection (1) the following shall be substituted:-- "(a) There shall be a Board of Directors of the Foundation consisting of sixteen members of which not more than four will be official members as may be appointed by the Governor through a Gazette notification. The Governor shall also be the Chairman of the Board". (b) In subsections (1), (2), (3), and (4) for the word Government" where-ever .occurring, the word ,"Governor" shall be substituted.
