ACT V OF 2004 ACT V OF 2004 BALOCHISTAN EDUCATION FOUNDATION (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2004 An Act, to amend the Balochistan Education Foundation Act, 1994 [Gazette of Balochistan Extraordinary, 13th May, 2004] No.PAB/Regis: V(16)/2004, dated 13-5-2004.--The Balochistan Education Foundation (Amendment) Bill, 2004 having been passed by the Provincial Assembly of Balochistan on 7th May, 2004 and assented to by the Governor of Balochistan, is hereby published as an Act of the Provincial Assembly. It is hereby enacted as follows: 5. Amendment of section 6 of Act VII of 1994.---In the said Act, in subsection (2) of section. (6) for the word "Chairman" the word "Managing Director" shall be substituted.
