ACT VI OF 2004 ACT VI OF 2004 BALOCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2004 An Act further to amend the Balochistan Local Government Ordinance, 2001 (XVIII of 2001) [Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 13th August, 2004] No. PAB/:Legis: V (21)/2004, dated 13-8-2004.--The Balochistan Local Government Bill, 2004 having been passed by the Provincial Assembly of Balochistan on 13th August, 2004 and assented to by the Governor of Balochistan, is hereby published as an Act of the Provincial Assembly. It is hereby enacted as follows: 1. Short title and commencement.--(1) This Act may be called the Balochistan Local Government (Amendment) Act, 2004. (2) It shall come into force at once and shall be deemed to have taken effect on 13th day of April, 2003.
