ACT VII OF 2004 ACT VII OF 2004 BALOCHISTAN ASSEMBLY MEMBERS (SALARIES AND ALLOWANCES) (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2004 An Act further to amend the Balochistan Assembly Members (Salaries and Allowances) Act, 1975 (II of 1975) [Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 19th August, 2004] No.PAB/:Legis:V(13)/2004, dated 19-8-2804.--The Balochistan Assembly Members (Salaries and Allowances) (Amendment) Bill, 2004 having been passed by the Provincial Assembly of Balochistan on 10th August, 2004 and assented to by the Governor of Balochistan, is hereby published as an Act of the Provincial Assembly. Preamble.--Whereas, it is expedient further to amend the Balochistan Assembly Members (Salaries and Allowances) Act, 1975, in the manner hereinafter appeasing;
