ACT VII OF 2004 ACT VII OF 2004 BALOCHISTAN ASSEMBLY MEMBERS (SALARIES AND ALLOWANCES) (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2004 An Act further to amend the Balochistan Assembly Members (Salaries and Allowances) Act, 1975 (II of 1975) [Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 19th August, 2004] No.PAB/:Legis:V(13)/2004, dated 19-8-2804.--The Balochistan Assembly Members (Salaries and Allowances) (Amendment) Bill, 2004 having been passed by the Provincial Assembly of Balochistan on 10th August, 2004 and assented to by the Governor of Balochistan, is hereby published as an Act of the Provincial Assembly. It is hereby enacted as follows: 2. Insertion of new sections 7-F and 7-G in Act II of 1975.--In the Balochistan Assembly Members (Salaries and Allowances) Act 1975, after section 7-E, the following new sections shall be inserted namely:-- "7-F. Official Residence for the Leader of Opposition.--The Leader of Opposition shall be provided an official residence otherwise he shall be entitled to draw House Rent Allowance at the rate of fifteen thousand rupees per mensem. 7-G. Official Vehicle for the Leader of Opposition.--An official vehicle shall be provided to the Leader of Opposition and he shall also be entitled to draw five thousand rupees per month as POL Allowance with Salary.
