ACT XI OF 2004 ACT XI OF 2004 BALOCHISTAN AGRICULTURAL PRODUCE MARKETS (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2004 An Act further to amend the Balochistan Agriculture Markets Act, 1991 (1 of 1991) [Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 30th August, 2004] No. PAB/:Legis:V(19)/2004, dated 30-8-2004.--The Balochistan Agricultural ,Produce Markets (Amendment) Bill, 2004 having been passed by the Provincial Assembly of Balochistan on 24th August, 2004 and assented to by the Governor of Balochistan, is hereby published as an Act of the Provincial Assembly. 1. Short title and commencement.--(1) This Act may be called the Balochistan Agriculture Produce Markets (Amendment) Act, 2004. (2) It shall come into force at once.
