ACT XI OF 2004 ACT XI OF 2004 BALOCHISTAN AGRICULTURAL PRODUCE MARKETS (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2004 An Act further to amend the Balochistan Agriculture Markets Act, 1991 (1 of 1991) [Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 30th August, 2004] No. PAB/:Legis:V(19)/2004, dated 30-8-2004.--The Balochistan Agricultural ,Produce Markets (Amendment) Bill, 2004 having been passed by the Provincial Assembly of Balochistan on 24th August, 2004 and assented to by the Governor of Balochistan, is hereby published as an Act of the Provincial Assembly. 4. Amendment of section 8 of Act I of 1991.---In the said Act, in section 8, (i) in subsection (3) for the words "Deputy Commissioner" the words "Executive District Officer (Revenue)" and in case there is no "Executive District Officer (Revenue)" the "Deputy Director of Agriculture (Economics and Marketing)" shall be substituted. (ii) in subsection (4) for the words "Deputy Commissioner" the words "Executive District Officer (Revenue)" and in case there is no "Executive District Officer (Revenue)" the "Deputy Director of Agriculture (Economics and Marketing)" shall be substituted.
