ORDINANCE IX OF 1979 ORDINANCE IX OF 1979 BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE, 1979 CHAPTER IV‑COMPOSITION or LOCAL COUNCILS 13. Urban Councils.‑The number of members of Urban Councils shall be as follows :‑ (a) (1) Municipal Corporation 40 to 60 members. (2) Municipal Committee 15 to 50 members. (3) Town Committee 7 to 13 members. (b) All members of the Municipal Bodies will be elected by direct elections.
