ORDINANCE IX OF 1979 ORDINANCE IX OF 1979 BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE, 1979 CHAPTER IV‑COMPOSITION or LOCAL COUNCILS 18. Members of the Provincial and National Assemblies observers.‑In addition to the number of members fixed in this Chapter for a District Council or Municipal Committee, a Member of the Provincial Assembly of Baluchistan and Member of the National Assembly of Pakistan elected directly, may' participate as an observer in the meetings of the District Council or the Municipal Committee respectively falling within his constituency or of which his constituency is a part as the case may be.
