ORDINANCE IX OF 1979 ORDINANCE IX OF 1979 BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE, 1979 CHAPTER V‑ELECTION AND RELATED MATTERS 21. Election Authority.‑(1) Government may appoint an Authority called the Baluchistan Local Council Election Authority for conducting elections to the Local Councils. (2) Election Authority shall exercise such powers and perform such functions as may be prescribed.
