ORDINANCE IX OF 1979 ORDINANCE IX OF 1979 BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE, 1979 CHAPTER V‑ELECTION AND RELATED MATTERS 23. Qualifications of candidates and members.‑Any person who is not less than twenty years of age on the last day fixed for filing the nomination form, shall be qualified to be elected as a member of a Local Council if for the time being his name appears on the electoral rolls of the Local area of that Local Council.
