ORDINANCE IX OF 1979 ORDINANCE IX OF 1979 BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE, 1979 CHAPTER V‑ELECTION AND RELATED MATTERS 28. Oath of office.‑A member, Chairman shall before taking his seat make and subscribe to an oath in such form as may be prescribed.
