ORDINANCE IX OF 1979 ORDINANCE IX OF 1979 BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE, 1979 CHAPTER V‑ELECTION AND RELATED MATTERS 31. Resignation.‑‑‑A Chairman, or a member may resign his office by tendering resignation, in writing to the Local Council of which he is the Chairman or member.
