Holders of the posts of local councils except those belonging to the said group in grade five and above shall be transferable from one local council to another by the competent authority in his jurisdiction

Holders of the posts of Local Councils except those belong ing to the said Group in grade five and above shall be transferable from one Local Council to another by the competent Authority in his jurisdiction.
