ORDINANCE IX OF 1979 ORDINANCE IX OF 1979 BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE, 1979 CHAPTER V111‑FUNCTIONS OP UNION COUNCIL 51. Civil functions of Union Councils.‑A Union Council shall perform any of the functions of the Tehsil Council as may be entrusted to it by the Tehsil Council concerned or Government or such other functions as it may decide to undertake with the approval of the Tahsil Council.
