ORDINANCE IX OF 1979 ORDINANCE IX OF 1979 BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE, 1979 CHAPTER IX‑FUNCTIONS OF TEHSIL COUNCILS. 58. Functions of Town committees.‑Town Committee :nay and if the Government so directs shall perform all functions as enumerated under sections 54, 56 and 57 for a Tehsil Council in the area as specifically declared as Towns by the Government.
