ORDINANCE IX OF 1979 ORDINANCE IX OF 1979 BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE, 1979 CHAPTER XI‑COMPULSORY FUNCTION OF MUNICIPAL COMMITTEES (A) Public Health 63. Responsibility for sanitation.‑A Municipal Committee shall be responsible for the sanitation of the Municipality.
