ORDINANCE IX OF 1979 ORDINANCE IX OF 1979 BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE, 1979 CHAPTER XI‑COMPULSORY FUNCTION OF MUNICIPAL COMMITTEES (A) Public Health 67. Births and deaths.‑A Municipal Committee shall register all births and deaths within the limits of the Municipality and information of such births and deaths shall be given by such persons or authorities and shall be registered in such manner, as the bye ‑laws may provide.
