ORDINANCE IX OF 1979 ORDINANCE IX OF 1979 BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE, 1979 CHAPTER XI‑COMPULSORY FUNCTION OF MUNICIPAL COMMITTEES (A) Public Health 68. Infectious diseases.‑(1) A Municipal Committee shall adopt mea sures to prevent infectious diseases and to restrain infections within the Municipality.
