ORDINANCE IX OF 1979 ORDINANCE IX OF 1979 BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE, 1979 CHAPTER XI‑COMPULSORY FUNCTION OF MUNICIPAL COMMITTEES (G) Public Safety 82. Civil Defence.‑A Municipal Committee shall be' responsible for the Civil Defence of the Municipality, and it shall, in this behalf, perform such functions as may be specified by Government.
