ORDINANCE IX OF 1979 ORDINANCE IX OF 1979 BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE, 1979 CHAPTER XI‑COMPULSORY FUNCTION OF MUNICIPAL COMMITTEES (H) Town Planning 85. Master Plan.--A Municipal Committee shall draw up a Master Plan for the Municipality which shall, among other matters provide for‑‑ (a) a survey of the Municipality including its history, statistics, public services and other particulars ; (b) development, expansion and improvement of any area within the Municipality ; and (c) restrictions, regulations and prohibitions to be imposed with regard to the development of sites, and the erection and re‑erection of buildings with in the Municipality.
