ORDINANCE IX OF 1979 ORDINANCE IX OF 1979 BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE, 1979 CHAPTER XI‑COMPULSORY FUNCTION OF MUNICIPAL COMMITTEES (K) Arboriculture 98. Arboriculture.‑ A Municipal Committee shall plant trees on public street and other public places within the Municipality and take all such steps as may be necessary for the plantation end protection of trees on such streets and places.
