Animal homes and farms.‑(1) A Municipal Committee may, with the previous approval of the Government, establish, maintain and manage homes, where, subject to such terms and conditions and on the payment of such fees and other charges as the bye‑laws may provide, the animals of private persons may be kept. (2) A Municipal Committee may, with the previous approval of the Government, establish, maintain and manage cattle farms and poultry farms, and such farm shall be managed and administered in such manner as the bye‑laws may provide.
