ACCOMMODATION ALLOCATION RULES, 2002 ACCOMMODATION ALLOCATION RULES, 2002 (Amendments) [Gazette of Pakistan Extraordinary, Part II, 20th February, 2018] No. F.2(1)/86-Policy, dated 14.12.2017.---In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection (1) of section 25 of the Civil Servants Act, 1973 (LXXI of 1973) read with Fundamental Rules 45 and 45-A, the Competent Authority is pleased to direct that in the Accommodation Allocation Rules, 2002, the following further amendments shall be made, namely:- In the aforesaid Rules in Rule 3, the Sub-Rule (4) the following shall be substituted, namely:- "(4) Persons employed on contract in Government pay scale in an eligible Government department mentioned in sub-rule (1) shall be eligible in accordance with terms and conditions of his appointment for allotment of Government accommodation or hired accommodation: Provided that no Federal Government Servant re-employed after superannuation on contract against any position in any Government organization, attached department or autonomous body shall be eligible for allotment or retention of Government's accommodation".
