ORDINANCE IX OF 1979 ORDINANCE IX OF 1979 BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE, 1979 CHAPTER XV‑LOCAL TAXATION 151. Sharing of Income.‑(1) A Municipal Committee may, and if so directed by the Government, shall, allocate a portion of its income to Mohallah Committees. (2) A District Council may, and if so directed by the Government shall, allocate a portion of its income to a Tehsil or to a Union Council. (3) A Tehsil Council may, and if so directed by the Government shall. allocate a portion of its income to Union Council.
